Attorney William C. Poole, has been practicing law in Alabama since 1998. He received a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 1990. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Jones School of Law in 1998. While in law school, he worked for the Law Library and West Group teaching Westlaw computer research to the students. He was a member of the Jones Inaugural Law Review. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1998. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama and Mobile Bar Associations. He is a member of the Bankruptcy, Probate, and Domestic sections of the Mobile Bar Association.

Elizabeth Hamman - Elizabeth is an associate attorney with our office. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2019 and Master's in Business Administration in 2021. Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctorate in 2024 from Mississippi College School of Law with a Certificate in Health Law. While in law school, Elizabeth served as a Dean’s Ambassador and was on the Executive Committee for the Health Law Society.

Since joining our office, Elizabeth has taken on a range of practice areas in the District, Circuit and Juvenile Courts. She is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama. She is a member of the Alabama and Mobile Bar Associations. Elizabeth is licensed in Alabama and Mississippi.

Elizabeth has two dogs, Prince and Scotty. When she is not in court, she can be found spending time with her family, friends and dogs, reading or playing tennis.
